Federal charges brought against alleged motorcycle gang members

Multiple parties in Tennessee may be looking into their legal routes after recently being taken into custody. Reports stated that over a dozen members of an alleged motorcycle gang were charged with multiple federal crimes. Reportedly, the individuals were involved with actions such as murder, racketeering, kidnapping, robbery and drug trafficking, just to name a few. The report also mentioned that the indictment involved 54 counts of allegations.

The ages for the 12 individuals facing racketeering conspiracy charges range from mid-20s to early-40s. It was also noted that the majority of the individuals had aliases or nicknames in addition to their given names. Additionally, one other suspect had not yet been taken into custody, but it was unclear as to why he had not been apprehended.

Facing federal charges is a serious situation, and the individuals involved in this Tennessee case will undoubtedly want to learn more about their defense options.
